7th annual shoe drive

We thank everyone for their continued participation in our shoe drive. Our shoe drive’s goal for March 2019 is to collect 10,000 pairs of shoes to distribute in Haiti and share with other organizations like Soles 4 Souls to distribute in other parts of the world.

We hope that we will be able to continue this annual shoe drive because we got to see first hand how far a new or an old pair of running shoes can go when you take it out in the back of your closet and donate it to someone in need. It is a fact that your (gently used or new) pairs of running shoes can help prevent diseases, parasites and the stigmatization that comes from inadequate or even non-existent shoes.

We are grateful for the help that we’ve been getting from all the individual donors out there. We also send a heart-felt thank you to the College and University students and Coaches who continue to get involved in the shoe drive for their hard work and precious time.

It is not surprising to know that there’s always someone out there literally ready to walk in your shoes.

The Port-au-Prince, Haiti Marathon is proud to announce it’s 7th annual shoe drive and are looking to collect 10K pairs of  shoes for March  2019!
HELP US REACH OUR NEXT GOAL (10,000 PAIRS OF SNEAKERS and socks) BY DECEMBER.

Please, donate your gently used or new shoes for a worthy cause. You can mail your shoes to:
