Dr. Daniel Faustin, M.D. serves as Executive Vice-President of SIMACT Inc., a multi-faceted company with business activities in real estate development, agriculture, tourism and commerce in general in the Republic of Haiti. Dr. Faustin also serves as the Vice-President of SIMACT-Mining Holding Inc. He serves as Secretary of the Board of the oldest private bank of Haiti, Banque de l’Union Haitienne, He served as Director of Majescor Resources, Inc. until August 25, 2011. He served as a Board Member of SIMACT Alliance Copper Gold. He is very familiar with the business environment in Haiti.
